Please, carefully read the following terms of use before using the FinReport platform available at www.finrep.org (hereinafter referred to as the "FinReport platform"). By using FinReport you confirm your agreement with these terms.
1.1. To open an account on the FinReport platform you must represent a legal entity.
1.2. To activate your initial report registration is required and a payment of $20 is necessary for the activation of each report upon its first upload. This payment includes a 5-year publication period.
1.3. To keep your report active on the platform with 1 month left until the end of the 5-year period, annual payments of $5 must be made. Remember to make the annual payment for official acceptance of your reports.
2.1. By confirming your authority to share/publish reports on the FinReport platform you assume responsibility for the information in those reports. The platform reserves the right to cease publication of the report if your authority is disputed by third parties. In such cases the payment made will not be refunded.
2.2. You have the right to publish and delete your reports at any time.
2.3. If you fail to make the payment within 10 days from the payment date the platform reserves the right to delete your report.
3.1. FinReport takes measures to securely store user information. However, ensuring 100% security of information published on the internet is not possible.
4.1. The platform is not responsible for the content of shared reports on the FinReport platform.
4.2. Non-ethical, religious provocation, politically enticing and disrespectful content sharing is prohibited on the FinReport platform.
4.3. Users not complying with these rules will have their accounts immediately blocked without prior notice.
By using the FinReport platform, you acknowledge your agreement with these terms and express your readiness to comply with them. FinReport reserves the right to modify these terms and will post any changes here.
